1. Overview

This website is operated by Novella Fragrances. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Novella Fragrances.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Novella Fragrances. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must have the legal capacity to place an order or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, if an account is created.

3. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, packaging, colors and descriptions accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device.

The product you receive will conform to its essential description and specifications displayed at the time of purchase.

Fragrance perception, longevity and projection may vary depending on skin type, climate, storage, application method and individual preferences. These natural variations do not by themselves indicate that the product is defective.

We may update product descriptions, packaging or availability when necessary, provided that this does not affect orders already confirmed without notifying the customer.

4. Product Use and Safety

Our fragrances are for external use only.

Customers must follow the safety and usage instructions displayed on the product or its packaging. Fragrances should be kept away from flames, heat sources, direct sunlight, children and pets.

Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply the product to irritated or damaged skin. Stop using the product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

Novella Fragrances is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage or use contrary to the product instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

We may contact you by phone, email or message to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
An incomplete or undeliverable address.
Delivery restrictions.
Orders placed for unauthorized commercial resale.

If an order is cancelled after an online payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise and include any applicable taxes.

Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout and may include Cash on Delivery or any other payment method introduced by Novella Fragrances.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the stated timeframe.

Novella Fragrances remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient at the delivery address.

We will notify the customer of significant delays where reasonably possible. The customer’s rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery remain subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable Egyptian law.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Returns, exchanges, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy available on this website.

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Product Availability and Website Errors

Products and promotional offers are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical, pricing, availability or product information errors.

If an error affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer and provide the option to accept the corrected information or cancel the affected order and receive any refund due.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Novella Fragrances name, logos, product names, bottle and packaging designs, images, videos, graphics, text and website content, is owned by or licensed to Novella Fragrances and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that:

The content is truthful and based on your own experience.
You have the right to submit it.

It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or offensive.

You grant Novella Fragrances permission to display and use submitted reviews and content for operating and promoting the brand. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Purchases are made directly from Novella Fragrances, not Shopify. Novella Fragrances remains responsible for its products, orders and customer service.

14. Website Availability and Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Suspension or termination of website access does not affect existing orders, outstanding payments or consumer rights that arose before the suspension.

These Terms and all purchases made through this website are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent Egyptian authorities or courts, without affecting the customer’s right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or exercise any other statutory consumer right.
